Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Revitalize Beauty. Because our products include beauty, wellness, supplement, and personal care items, we follow strict return guidelines to protect product quality and customer safety.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition they were received

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened supplements
  • Opened beauty or personal care products
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as non-returnable
  • Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us and we will help determine the best next step.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Revitalize Beauty.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Revitalize Beauty is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
