Subscription Policy
Revitalize Beauty offers subscription options to make it easier to stay consistent with your beauty and wellness routine. By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to the terms below.
How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Revitalize Beauty to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency shown at checkout.
Subscription orders will continue until they are paused, skipped, canceled, or otherwise managed through your account or customer portal.
Subscription Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew based on the schedule you selected at checkout.
Before each renewal, you may receive a notification email depending on your subscription settings. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription before the renewal date if you want to make changes.
Managing Your Subscription
You may be able to manage your subscription through your customer account or subscription portal.
Depending on the options available, you may be able to:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming order
- Update your billing information
- Update your shipping address
- Change product quantities
- Adjust your delivery frequency
Canceling a Subscription
Subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing date.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, please cancel or make changes at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
Once a subscription order has been processed, charged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that cycle.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped.
If you believe there was an error with your subscription order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the issue.
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails, the system may automatically retry the payment. You may receive an email asking you to update your billing information.
If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
Shipping Address Changes
Please update your shipping address before your next renewal date.
Revitalize Beauty is not responsible for subscription orders shipped to an outdated or incorrect address if the address was not updated before the order processed.
Product Availability
Subscription products are subject to availability. If a subscription product is out of stock, delayed, discontinued, or changed, we may pause, modify, substitute, or cancel the subscription order.
