Shipping Policy
At Revitalize Beauty, we want your order to arrive safely, beautifully, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, location, and available shipping options.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Revitalize Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
Revitalize Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Revitalize Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, or mailroom. You may also need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
